The three books in the set are beautifully crafted facsimile reproductions of the artist's sketchbooks. Each page of the original books has been scanned by one of Sweden's foremost experts on art scanning and meticulously post produced. The books will be printed and bound in Sweden, with textured, black leather covers and titles embossed in gold. The books will be printed on a state-of-the-art Komori HPT press, with unparalleled colour reproduction, on delicate, uncoated Munken paper.
The set includes three hardcover volumes of 120 pages each (360 p. in total). A supplementary leaflet, enclosed in a pocket inside the back cover of volume III, features a critical essay by artists and gallerists Mattia Lullini and Alina Vergnano (Nevven Gallery). Also featured is an essay by author and artist Henrik Bromander, who has been invited to associate and write freely based on the content of the three sketchbooks.
Each volume has been assigned a colour, which is used for the endpapers and the silk ribbons. The three volumes are contained in a handmade slipcase.
The books are scheduled for release in June, 2017
